2022年新年伊始，郑州又一次迎来大考。回首往昔，在疫情反复的两年里，远洋的脚步并没有停止。技术人员依旧奔赴在世界的各个角落，带着“更好更优更绿色”的历史使命，不断在创新技术数据面前发起挑战，一个又一个的高标准技术指标被创造，中国油脂精炼技术装备来到世界巅峰。
一脉相承，远洋人今天的奋斗历程，体现在远洋创立之初，我们的创始人李总就勾画出这样的愿景。

粮安天下，农稳社稷。历年国家都会将“保障粮食安全、端牢中国饭碗”作为第一要务。1990年，当时身在粮食局任职工作的李总深切体会到。油脂和蛋白对于老百姓来说是生命的“芯片”，大豆、花生、菜籽油等这些日常看似不起眼的油料作物，确是当时人民生活的第一需要。
90年代初期的中国油脂精炼技术装备相比世界先进水平较今天可以说是非常落后，油品质量非常低。老百姓吃的油脂大多使用简单炼制的植物油，酸价高，杂质大，油烟多，含有危害人体健康的杂质。大学专修油脂和蛋白专业的李总，意识到自己的责任，迅速的提高油脂和蛋白加工工艺技术水平，生产出高品质的油脂和蛋白产品，给中国老百姓提供高品质的油脂和蛋白产品，这个任务是多么的重要。
